With PARTdataManager you can assemble complete screw connections (blind hole or through-hole) and transfer to CAD as usual via button .

When calling the connection tool via PARTsolutions menu in your CAD system and button Insert Connection, the current wall thickness of the elements to be connected is detected and automatically transferred to PARTdataManager. Then PARTdataManager is opened with the Connection dialog area and only offers such connections, that apply to the dimensions of the parts/assemblies to be connected.

Note

The button for calling the function from CAD menu is hidden by default.
In PARTdataManager you can open the dialog area Connection by clicking on the respective icon or fetch it in the foreground if the function was already active. At this window positions are also reset.

When clicking Open, the dialog box Load bolted connection is opened and you can easily load already saved preferred connections.

You can switch between Part selection, Part view and Connection anytime.
