The following describes how single parts from the standard and supplier part library can be replaced through alternatives.

Mark the desired object in the CAD system.
Click on Replace.

--> The display switches to PARTdataManager.
In Part selection or only in Part view select the object which should replace the original one.
Click on .

-> The display switches back to the CAD system.

Should the selected part appear several times, a query shows up whether all instances of the part or only the selected ones should be replaced.

After confirming with Yes or No, replacement begins.
