Use as much categories as you like in order to mark preferred parts. Much more is possible than only the simple schema "ERP number available: Yes/No"

On the Display index page the following can be defined:

  • Status colors for catalog index

    Define rules, in which colors (as much as you like) directories and project symbols in PARTdataManager in the catalog index shall be shown.[97]

  • Status indicating bitmaps for table view

    Define rules, with which status bitmaps / colors the individual characteristics in the table shall be marked.[98]

[97] The rule definition under General tabbed page -> Display condition for parts selection just enables a Green/Red (or Green/Transparent) depiction.
