Normally you don't have to alter the settings at search templates for the geometrical search. In the list field Search template, simply select the desired template. However, with expert knowledge you can modify existing search templates or create new ones.

PARTdataManager -> Project selection -> Geometric search (3D) or Sketch search (2D) or Color Search

In order to display the button Edit, following settings have to be made:

$CADENAS_USER/psolopt.cfg

[SettingsSearch]
ShowEditSearchTemplates=1

After clicking on it the Edit search templates window opens (see Fig. „ Edit search templates - window “).
