How Would I Cancel a Payment on PayPal?

  If you can’t figure out how to cancel a payment on PayPal, go to the Activity page from your PayPal and locate the pending payment. Once you locate it, select “Cancel” button. On the next page, proceed with the button – Cancel payment. If you have made the payment, the refund will take 3-4 business days.
