4.2.3. Configuration of the database server connection (exemplified by MSSQL)

Activate TCP/IP and set Port:

  1. Run the SQL Server Configuration Manager.

  2. Activate the TCP protocols for the Server.

  3. In the TCP/IP Properties set ALL TCP-Ports to 1433.

  4. After this you have to restart the Service in order to commit the changes.
