It is recommended to use the 64-Bit variant of PARTadmin, because the conversion is much quicker in this way, because more working memory is available.
The Standards catalog can only be migrated as a whole. It is not possible to only migrate "norm/din" for example.
You can migrate several catalogs at once.

You have updated PARTsolutions V9 from version <= 9.07 to version >= 9.08.
Open PARTadmin -> Category -> PARTsolutions -> Catalog update -> Migration.

-> Now all catalogs are displayed in the dialog section Available catalogs.
Mark the checkbox for those catalogs to be migrated. (For example in the image above, BikeCompany.)

--> The display automatically changes to the Migration tabbed page.
This is where the migration process is protocolled. At the end you are informed whether the migration was conducted successfully.

Switch back to the Catalog list tabbed page and click on .
--> The migrated catalog (exemplified here by "BikeCompany") now shows the icon Geometrical index existing (new V9 index)
in the column V9V2.
