The
configuration file is automatically copied into the local user directory
as din 962_local.cfg.
In the following the settings are described:
All settings are made in the [SYSTEM] block.

0: button invisible (possibly grayed; see BUTTON_ENABLED); 1: button visible

Note It only makes sense to use the function if DISPLAY_BUTTON=1is also set.
The button is only then activated if DIN962 columns in the table are available.
BUTTON_ENABLED=0/1
0: button deactivated (grayed); 1: the button may be used if DISPLAY_BUTTON=1.

BUTTON_PRESSED=1
The setting can be used optionally.
If BUTTON_PRESSED=1, the user settings are over written. If it is not set, the user settings of the din962_user.cfg configuration file are read.
