General:

The settings in PARTupdate on the Settings tab page are made here:
Restrict visible catalogs for the update selection

Under PARTadmin ->partupdate.cfg -> block catalog set the include_catalogs key.

Insert the catalogs to be displayed as value.

Now under PARTadmin -> Category -> Catalog update -> Online only the desired catalogs are displayed for the online update.

Result

This is an interesting feature especially for offline catalogs.
