Places a text into the sketch view.
The "Text" element is declared with "ELEMENT_" followed by a unique identification for the element.
[ELEMENT_text1]
The following attributes are available:

Indicates stretch factor of width for text. Minimum possible value is '0.5'.

Indicates whether size/position of text element may be changed in Edit mode.

Indicates, whether the text indicated under "text", should be translated.
Here, a *.def file must be indicated, in which the translation for the texts are entered. Compare also Section 8.4.4.11, “Translations ”.
The def file must be entered in the frame element. Compare Section 8.4.4.9, “[ELEMENT_frame] Combine more elements in frame ”.
Information on the use of Attribute algorithms is found under Section 11.5.2.7.1, “Translation functions”.
The following attributes MUST be assigned:
