6.8.1. Download a catalog

[Note] Note

If PARTproject QA is activated, your catalogs are under SVN administration. In this case do not use PARTupdate!

More information regarding PARTupdate can be found here: Section 1.1.3.3, “ Catalog update ” in PARTsolutions / PARTcommunity4Enterprise - Administration Manual.

Within the project selection of PARTproject, it is not necessary that catalogs be managed by SVN. By means of the symbols mentioned above both states are well-defined.

Using PARTproject QA you are working exclusively with SVN managed catalogs.

For a local working basis you must download the catalog that should be used once. You will find 23d-libs in the context menu of the directory tree under the command Download catalog from server to do this.

[Warning] Warning

When proceeding Download catalog from server no directory with same name is allowed!

In case this should happen, rename the directory!

It is possible that an already existing structure can later be copied into the catalog directory.

The following screenshots show the downloading of a catalog.

In the context menu, select Versioning system -> Download catalog from server.
