Text search for part:

With PARTsolutions V9 the Full-text search in the PARTdataManager is now also available in PARTproject.

	Note
	Only projects for which the full-text search was created will be included in the full-text search. If the search is being used, then the index must be created occasionally in PARTadmin, Index administration.

On the Search page, you may quickly find the desired parts/project by filtering according to certain search criteria.

Folder tabbed page

Select the folder in which you would like to conduct your search.
Variables tabbed page

Enter a Keyword. You may also filter with variable values. If ERP is activated, ERP values may be used as well.

After the respective filter has been set, click on Search.

=> The search results are automatically listed. Select the desired part and click on Choose.

In the column context menu, you can find the following commands:

Show/hide columns

...opens the Column attribute window.

Here you can set the order and the visibility of the columns.

You can change the order by marking it and moving it while holding down your left mouse button.
