RK SyncFlex - Balancing synchronous lifting systems

Highlights / Features:

- Alignment of the lifting column by means of externally accessible adjustment screws
- Screws for connection to lifting column are part of the set
- Height difference compensation for lifting columns Adjusting screws
- Safety catch to prevent tearing off Pinch protection
- Height compensation ± 1mm
- Vertical compensation ± 1° (compensation for unevenness of 10mm)

RK SyncFlex H

Horizontal alignment - To prevent distortion in over-determined systems (more than one fixed bearing) about the horizontal axis. RK SyncFlex H is used to introduce defined floating bearings into the application.

RK SyncFlex V

Vertical alignment - If the lifting columns are not parallel to each other, the distance between the upper attachment points changes during travel. However, a rigid connection keeps this distance constant. As a result, considerable forces act on the guide of the lifting column. RK SyncFlex V makes it possible to compensate for unevenness in the the mounting environment.

RK SyncFlex A - Axial compensation for electric cylinders - LZ 60 / 70

- Compensates for manufacturing tolerances
- Compensation of mounting tolerances
- Length difference compensation ± 2mm
- Reduces commissioning time
