NENN text mapping analysis:

Hits only when nearly 100% accordance in text and number is given

With interchanged numbers there are no results.

Allow variants:

If the option is deactivated, there is no further analysis for a not assignable product.

Variant not recognized

If the option is activated, variants can often be recognized. They are marked with "Type = V' and the variant variable is displayed with its value.

Variant recognized - However, assignment has still to be confirmed manually.

Open the context menu and click on Modify link.

-> The project table is opened. The next fitting line is already automatically selected. Furthermore the variant variable is highlighted with green color.

You just have to click Ok.

-> Now the assignment is displayed with 100%.

User defined separators between attribute and value (Regular Expression):

If you want to use several separators, use the pipe "|" as separator.

Example:

=|\s

As separator "equal sign" OR "empty space" is specified.

Example where the declaration of a separator makes sense.

The sequence of the attribute-value pairs doesn't matter:

"L=25, D=20" would have been found just as well.

User defined column positions:

If several variable values are in one single column, you can use this function.

In the column "Abmessung [Dimension]]" you can find the values for D and L.

Special case "empty input value"

Example:

Following input:

20, 30, 46453456346

Meaning: D=20, L = 30, Customer number=46453456346

If the NENN algorithm detects, that the NENN may consist of 2 (D,L) or 3 (D,L,P) numbers, it attempts to match the third value "46453456346" to P, even it is not set explicitly in the column positions.

However, in this case 46453456346 is not P, but the customer number.

In this case you should not specify a variable as third input value. Then the NENN algorithm isn't used with 3 numbers, but with 2:

D     First input value
L     Second imput value
      Third input value

The third input value is ignored and only D=20, L=30 are searched.
