The jtds.jar file (Java archive) necessary for this example, was copied to the $CADENAS\libs\all\java\ext directory by the installation.
If you want to use other JDBC capable databases that do not factor in the CADENAS installation, copy the corresponding jar file into this directory and configure driver class and URL accordingly in the jdbc.cfg.
