Please check the following upon encountering problems with PARTupdate:
Can you register at www.cadenas.de with your login (user name and password) in your Internet Explorer browser?
The connect with FTP Client software "WsFTP", "FileZilla", etc., is not possible!

When encountering problems, you have the alternative option of downloading catalogs manually..
Remove the checkmark at Use the installation wizard? in the Settings register in the PARTupdate window.
Detailed information to PARTupdate can be found under Section 4.5.2, “ PARTupdate - Notification on available catalog updates ”.
