Specified file cannot be opened as write:

If you wish to upgrade an existing older version with a more recent PARTsolutions version for instance, it may be the case that less recent PARTsolutions files are locked and cannot be overwritten. What should you do?

Abort the installation process.
Uninstall the old version of PARTsolutions.
Reinstall with the new version of PARTsolutions.
