In order to delete a variable, do the following:

	Deleting is only possible if all drawing elements created with the help of this variable, have been deleted before. Variables used in sketches cannot be deleted. In this case the following message is displayed in the dialog area below: Variable is still in use.. Entries of variables under Identification data -> tabbed page Table have to be renamed/deleted accordingly.

Note

When deleting variables always make sure that the variable is not used anywhere.

Otherwise during QA check the following error message will display.

Example: "Error in Short description, Variable TYP is not defined."
