14.7. Remote maintenance

In many cases remote assistance can provide quick and efficient help. The support team uses the "TeamViewer" and "Netviewer" applications for this.

  • You can download the client version free of charge in different languages under "http://www.cadenas.de -> Support -> Supporttools".

  • Alternatively, you reach the application directly via "Start -> Programs -> CADENAS -> Support Tools".
