Using the template Article Number Search is good practice, if the CSV catalog contains the order number. Then this can easily be mapped to the adequate number in the PARTsolutions catalog. |

In the context menu of Workspace -> Catalogs -> Import catalog click on Import from CSV. Proceed as described under Section 3.1.2, “Create catalog from CSV file”.
In the context menu of Workspace -> Processes -> Article Assignment, click on the context menu command Add new process.
-> On the right side the respective dialog area is displayed.
Click on the button Open a default template and then on the command Article Number Search.
-> The dialog box Number search options opens.
Determine source and target directory by clicking on the search button and confirm with .
-> In the dialog area Process the Pipeline is displayed.
-> On the left side under Processes -> Article Assignment and top right the process name is displayed now.
One by one click on Product source, data and Article number finder to open the respective dialogs.
The target catalog is already entered.
data: Determine variable with order number in the CSV catalog.
Leave the option Select catalog manually. The desired catalog is already set.
Under Article number contained in, open the list and move the attribute containing the order number to right side with the help of the green arrow key .

Leave the option use predefined and in the list field, select the variable with the order number.
Start the process by clicking on .
On the left side, select Workspace -> Catalogs -> <Name of CSV catalog> (here "article_number_search") -> Products.
In the list field on the right side, select Table .
Click on . In the dialog box, select the option Show filtered products and deactivate the option Show products without links.
-> Now only products which contain links are displayed. Here, exemplarily, this are 16 (see top right).
