Precondition for the use of the template Article Mapping Search is that those variables needed for the identification of the correct characteristic of a part are contained in separate columns. At bolts of the Standards catalog these are mostly the variables D (diameter) and L (length), possibly P (pitch).

Often these variables are already separated in the PDM/PLM system. Otherwise these can be separated in a pre-process from a text string - using Excel for example.
