2.6.15.2.  Insert features into library (UDF)

In order to accept features, do the following:

  1. Select User library -> Insert features into library (UDF)

    → The Selection window shows up.

  2. Choose a Group.

    [Note] Note

    Select the Group and not the feature below it!

    -> The application switches to PARTdataManager.

  3. Select folder

    Select a folder to save the UDF.

    If needed, create one.

    Edit the table if necessary, if parameters were exported.

In order to recall features, do the following:

  1. Click on Insert 3D.

  2. In the own parts directory select the desired UDF process and export it to Pro/E.

    If parameters are already existent, they were applied as well and are now available for selection.
