Under PARTadmin -> License administration category -> FLM server -> Request licenses online tabbed page you can call up the online form. On this compare under Section 5.6.2.2, “"Request licenses online" tabbed page with FLM license”.

Via online form you can register and order licenses. Under HostID all mac addresses belonging to the selected server are entered.
