The following image shows the corresponding dialog for switching between Levels of Detail, using the example SolidWorks.
For parts that are available in different Levels of Detail, you can switch between the different LOD in the sketch and sectional views.

The image to the right shows this using the example of SolidWorks. The change is immediately applied to the sketch and the dependant sectional view.
