Number of search results: Herewith you can restrict the number of displayed results. This does not affect the search itself.

Accepted error in finished part

The error is caused by "missing material" on the unmachined part.

Maximum waste in unmachined part

The maximum waste defines, how much material is allowed to be removed.

Resolution

The resolution controls the search quality. With higher resolution more details are covered, however the search takes more time.

Search only in preferred rows

You can also create a report based on preferred parts. Hereto activate the checkbox. This is comparable to the activation of the button Preferred rows on/off in the ERP toolbar. Then the report only uses preferred parts.

Note The state of the button Preferred rows on/off in the ERP toolbar has no effect for reports.

Unmachined parts to search or Finished parts to search

At directories to be searched select the checkbox.

Filter for results:

In the dialog area Filter for results the results can be filtered via Variables search in addition. The function may be used several times by clicking Add search function repeatedly.

Note The filter concerns the result parts, not the search parts.

Custom variables:

When clicking on the button Edit custom variables , the dialog box Custom variables is opened.

Custom variables

Here you have the possibility to define variables, which shall be displayed in the report in addition. These are displayed at each part.

Note The search itself is not affected by the use of user defined variables.

Possible are both ERP variables and variables from the characteristic attribute table.

First click on Add in order to add a new line.

Tip Already used settings are saved. In the list field, simply select the variable (combination of variables) to be displayed in the report. When moving the mouse pointer over an entry, all variables with their respective description are displayed in a tooltip.
