Proxy settings
under C:\Users\root\AppData\Roaming\cadenas\partsolutions_v9
(partsolu.cfg) have priority over C:\ProgramData\cadenas\partsolutions\setup/partsol.cfg.
Correct settings are absolutely needed for using the assistant window.
Further functions like calling up company websites via part selection also require proper settings.
