As soon as the desired part is exactly determined, the following buttons are displayed (depending on portal settings):

Generate PDF datasheet or PDF Datasheet (text slightly differs depending on portal)
Request for quotations

How can I generate a PDF datasheet?

Select product groups as long as a concrete assembly or a concrete single part ^[6] has been specified and then select a characteristic.

Now click on Generate PDF datasheet or PDF datasheet.

➝ Options to open or save the zip file are displayed.

Note

If the PDF datasheet shall be generated beside other formats you can alternatively select the PDF Datasheet (2D) format under "Selected formats".

The format "PDF Datasheet (2D)" can be chosen in the "Download" or "Email" category.

How can I request charges and delivery date at supplier?
1. Select product groups as long as a concrete assembly or single part is specified and then select a characteristic.^[7]
2. Now click on the button Request for quotations.
  
  ➝ The dialog for inputting your quotation request opens.
3. Fill in the input fields completely and click on Send request, to send the request.

  In order to get a preview of your enquiry click on Preview.
  
  ➝ The dialog box Request for Quotation preview is opened.
4. As soon as the email was sent, you will receive the confirmation Email has been sent successfully.
