Under Selected formats, determine at least one format in the E-Mail category.

Example: Selection of IGES (3D)
Make sure that the desired part is specified in theTable view (and in the Variable view in addition if there are value range fields).
After clicking on Generate CAD, you will automatically receive an email with desired formats packed in a zip file.

(Depending on portal settings, an information is displayed in the download area.)
Temporarily save the attached zip file anywhere.
Unpack the files with WINZIP or a similar program.
Import the file (files) into your CAD system.
