To be able to use the user portal and forum you have to register.
In order to use the manuals simply open the program internal help via click on (F1). Also see ??? and Section 3.2, “ Context help... ”. There a full-text search is available, which always includes all loaded manuals. On the portal, you can find the manuals in the menu Support.
