If you want to change the system of rules of an assembly then turn on the Configuration mode.
Open the assembly in PARTdataManager via the File menu and the Open.

Now, in addition to the normal menu areas of the Part view, the Configurator will be activated as well.

The directory tree shows the structures which arrange the assemblies.
