If the catalog is created from CADENAS as a service, a Specification Workshop will always be executed at the beginning of the project. This will usually be done at the customers location, or alternatively also in the CADENAS Headquarter or a Division Office. Target attendants for the Workshop are Heads / Employees of Engineering, IT, Marketing and Sales. Moderator is the technical CADENAS Project Leader (if necessary in cooperation with the CADENAS Sales Manager).

During the meeting a set of specification documents will be filled, which builds the foundation for the planned (and also any further) project. They will be shared with the whole Project Team after the Workshop is finished and are stored for documentation from CADENAS.
