If in
PARTdataManager variants are inserted into the table via Add dataset to link database (variant)
for example, the correct sorting is not always
ensured.
Up to PARTsolutions V9.04 a correct sorting had been accomplished by manual editing of the PRJTABLE table (project-related).

PARTlinkManager -> Extras menu -> Database -> Edit additional tables
By clicking on Edit additional tables the dialog box Edit table opens.
In the column PRJ_PATH insert the Project path, in the column VKEY insert the value COLS_TO_SORT and in the column VVALUE insert the variables, by which the line sorting shall be determined. In this example at first D (thread nominal diameter), followed by L (nominal length) and finally P (pitch).
