2.5. LinkDB

Database driver	ODBC driver, if no JDBC shall be used
Data range LinkDB	HDD: about 100 MB/10000 parts (depending on number of columns and column width)

Data flow-rate LinkDB per calling part family

Bytes per record = Number of loaded columns x Length of column

Flow-rate LinkDB = Bytes per record x number of parts in parts within part family

e.g. 5 columns à 20 characters x 500 parts = ca. 50 KB

e.g.10 columns à 20 characters x 1500 parts = ca. 300 KB
