6.10.3.12. Resolved value range

Value ranges are automatically resolved. In many cases the resolving is correct, in very complex cases possibly a manual editing is required to receive a correct mapping.

The following example shows a standard case with correct resolving of the value range.

The right table shows all single lines of the resolved value ranges.

The LINE_ID can also be found in the right table as last column.

  4. Confirm with OK.

Now, when changing values of value range variables in the left table, in the right table, the correct line is automatically selected.

  5. If all mappings are correct, click on Verify all mappings .

[Note] Note

If certain value combinations should not be correct, you can simply perform changes with the help of the LINE_ID (last parameter behind the colon).

[Note] Note

If certain value combinations are not existing anymore in the new catalog version, set the respective LINE_ID on the value '-1'.
