From what I learned your nylon filament needs to be perfectly dry, If it is not (you see little steam bubbles and hear it cracking) you need to put it in the oven at 80 degrees for about 2 hours. Another thing is print temperature. It might vary with the brand but I print at 260 degrees and 70-80% infill that gives a great layer adhesion. ...

Thank you, Patrick, just learned something new today. Really useful! I know that they do not recommend 3D printing filaments/plastic to be used in warm/hot area, because it will crack or melt after a while.
