In order for the value range field to be shown in color and work according to plan in the PARTdataManager, you must set the following:

  • Settings in attributedef.txt

In the columns ATWITHLIST (value list) and ATWITHRANGE (value range) set an 'x' for the desired class name (CLASSNAME) and attribute name (ATTNAME), if you wish to have this function.

    List of values

If a list of values is desired then apply the corresponding row several times.

In the following figure matnr6 is applied three time with the attribute 'L' (under ATTRIBUTE_NAME). The displayed value is located under ATTRIBUTE_FL_VALUE, since we are talking about a floating number value; with a text the entry must occur under ATTRIBUTE_VALUE.

    Value range

If a value range is desired, the enter the maximum value in the ATTRIBUTE_FL_MAX_VALUE column.
