3.1.6.11.1.3.  CloudNavigator example - Topology search: Directly compare similar search runs

At the Topology search in the CloudNavigator you can compare the results of two similar search runs directly side by side.

  1. Call up the Topology search and set Largest dimension greater or equals (>=) 1000 mm.

  2. Click on Commit.

    -> You will see the settings in the search methods section.

  3. Click on Start Cloud Navigator.

    -> The view switches to the CloudNavigator tabbed page with the search results.

  4. Now call up the Topology search via context menu command again.

    -> The Topology search dialog box opens.

  5. Change the value to 2000.

    Now you have two options:

    1. Change Search

      The results of the preceding search are deleted and a new search with the changed settings is performed.

    2. New Search

      The results of the preceding search remain and an additional search with the changed settings is performed.

  6. Here in the example New Search shall be performed.

    -> The second search with the changed value still delivers only 1 result.

    You can compare the results of both search runs directly side by side.
