4.8.1.2. How can I send the selected CAD model to my e-mail address and import it into the CAD system? (B2B and OEM portals)

  1. Make sure that the desired part is specified in the table view (and in the variable view if there are value range fields).

  2. Click on CAD by email.

    -> The format selection dialog opens (max. 5).

  3. At the desired ones activate the checkbox.[134]

  4. Click on Send Email.

    -> All activated formats are generated.

    Once the desired part is generated, it is directly send and a confirmation message is displayed.

  5. Temporarily save the attached ZIP file anywhere.

  6. Unpack the files with WINZIP or a similar program.

  7. Import the file into your CAD system.
