ProE detects pattern. So you can use the PARTsolutions placement dialog together with the ProE "Found pattern" dialog.

The following describes the procedure:

After transferring the placement part via Transfer to CAD the view returns to ProE.

The PARTsolutions placement dialog box opens

Click on In hole.

Determine with the ProE placement method one ore more holes.

Click on Place.

-> The ProE Select dialog box appears.

Confirm with OK.

Then click Cancel. -> The ProE Menu Manager opens. Under "Found pattern" now you can choose between:

Choose "Single" or "Fill"

Result after choosing "Fill"

Result after choosing "Single"

Finally close the PARTsolutions placement dialog box via Close.
