Immediately after activation, PARTsolutions checks in all requested parts into VAULT. PARTsolutions cannot check whether this part was then really integrated or later removed from the assembly. This means that all parts that are exported from PARTsolutions but not used, are still checked into VAULT.
With the exception of the higher storage capacity in VAULT there will be no other disadvantages. If the part is later really integrated, this disadvantage is then also forgotten.
Activation must be done in the %CADENAS_SETUP%\ifvault.cfg file.

With the following two steps the interface is activated:

$CADENAS_SETUP/ifacecommon.cfg"AppBeforeCreate" and "AppAfterCreate" have to be commented in.
[CreationOptions] AppBeforeCreate=GetObject("pdm.callbackCheckinout").AppBeforeCreate AppAfterCreate=GetObject("pdm.callbackCheckinout").AppAfterCreate -
ACTIVE_CONDITION has to be set on "true".
[PLM] ACTIVE_CONDITION=true
