At the project level, the dialog in the context menu contains another subdirectory with a possible status.

In the example below, coming from status 7, only changes into 1, 2, 3, and 8 are possible.

Set the desired status.

Then select the fitting description in the dialog window "Comment"!

For example: "QA level was set up".

Confirm with OK.
