Set : Only when this option field has been activated, activates the fields Digits and Type. With the setting Variable with fixed values a checkmark is set automatically here. For Attribute algorithm and/or Value range variables, Set must at first be activated manually.

Digits

In this field at Text you can set the places themselves, for numerical values, you can set the display of integer and decimal places. The example (see figure) reads: 5 integer places, 3 decimal places. While the places before the decimal point are merely approximate values, the places after the decimal are based precisely on the value specified.

Type

If at Attribute description set (see Section 11.5.2.2.1, “ Attribute description set ”) you have set Number as data type, you may choose between the types Integer (=whole number) and Real (numbers with decimal points). Text remains Text.
