The function Convert previews... converts all *.PRA (technical previews) of a project into the selected output format. Output is in a separate directory, namely in the same structure as in the catalog.
This function can be used in order for the paths to be automatically assigned to Media variables. This is convenient at the creation of a PRINTcatalog. The Media variables can be found in PARTproject on the Documents tabbed page.
