8.5.2.3.  Description of geometry

[Note] Note

The following steps are required only in the case of 2-D parts whose geometry structure is generated by FORTRAN programs!

The FORTRAN routine to be started is defined in the Mappings dialog box.

  1. Click on the button KT=.

--> In the text field KT=’’ shows up.

  2. Enter the complete part name, e.g. "T11K4", between the two quotation marks.

[Note] Note

A FORTRAN routine is allocated to the complete part name in PARTproject.

The parameters (variables) transferred to the Parameterare selected in the Parameter dialog box.

[Note] Note

The parameter list to be entered must correspond to the parameter list of the FORTRAN routine for geometry generation as regards the Sequenceand the content!

Variables can be moved between the Parameterand Variablesfields with the arrow buttons right/left.

You can change the sequence of the variables within the Parameterfield using the Up/Down arrow buttons.

  1. Select the required variable in the corresponding field.

  2. Click on the relevant arrow button.
