4.5.1.  File

  • Save: ...saves the changes to the currently marked project file.

    The Save All (see Fig. „Save All“) window opens with the corresponding file.

    Confirm with OK.

    If you selected the option Auto-Save under Extras -> Preferences -> General, the corresponding window no longer shows up upon closing PARTproject.

    When attempting to save without entering the Company key, the following message pops up:

  • Save All: ...saves all changed project files of the current PARTproject session.

    In the Save All window, certain files can be excluded from saving.

    Here you can find a list of all projects/directories that were changed during this PARTproject session. Per default, a checkmark is set next to all changes. In other words, if confirming with OK everything will be transferred.

    Remove the checkmark at those rows which you do not want to save.

  • Translate and Export : ...opens the Export translation library menu window. This allows you to export all created language files or only a selection of the created language files as *.csv file. Enter the destination file location for this library in the File field.

  • Import translations : ...opens the Import Translation Dictionary menu window. This menu allows you to import a previously exported *.csv library file.

With these two commands, language files can be switched between different PARTproject installations (workstations).

  • Close: ...this closes the PARTproject session.

  • List of recently opened project files.
