7.6.1.6. Part information

The Part information dialog page shows up when saving a file, however it may be opened any time via the menu command File -> Part information... or in the context menu (right-click) of the part name.

General :

Specific entries and comments for each part.
Part data
- Measure unit, set for each part
- Part is a negative part
  
  In other words treat as copy body (ex.: hole instead of cylinder) in the CAD system.
Licensing :
- Catalog key
  
  Note
  
  Here the Catalog key of the part shows up.
  
  You may not save without correct entry of a license key (OK grayed)!

All entries in the fields can be Set as default for other parts (File, New) via the same named button - for example, if the company name or the author name are to be kep.

	Note
	The entries in the General and Licensing menu areas are required in order to be able to leave the window with OK!
