6.2. Workflow at a glance

  • The customer or CADENAS creates the preferred catalog structure using the common menu commands Create new directory, Create new project, etc.

  • The directory structure will be uploaded on the server.

    CADENAS must provide a respective directory for the server and an individual login must be conveyed before starting.

  • The customer must provide all necessary data for CADENAS; it is possible to maintain these on your own.

  • Then he authorizes the beginning of the catalog creation.

  • Within CADENAS the catalog runs through several QA checks.

  • A final authorization in order to release the catalog data on CD and on the Internet will be made by the customer.
