发射载具（英语：launch vehicle）是所有可以把航天器从地球送入外层空间的飞行器的统称。一个发射系统包括运载火箭，发射台，和其他基础设施[1]。
发射载具基本上可以分为两种：一次性使用运载系统與可重複使用發射系統，前者的代表是运载火箭，後者則是航天飞机。
一种比较特殊的运载工具是探空火箭，它只携带载荷（通常是科学仪器）进行亚轨道飞行。
