탱크로리(tank lorry) 또는 탱크트럭(tank truck)은 원유 및 각종 액체물질을 수송하기 위해 만들어진 차량이다. 트럭의 모양에 커다란 물탱크가 얹혀져 있는 모양을 하고 있으며 주로 석유나 물을 운반하기 위해 사용되지만 경우에 따라서는 분뇨수거차로 사용하기도 한다.
사고 및 화재의 취약성
탱크로리는 추돌 사고시 화재에 취약할 수도 있다. 2016년 5월 20일 당시 대구광역시의 대림육교 부근 경부고속도로 서울 방향 길목에서 발생된 승용차와 탱크로리 충돌 사고 당시 탱크로리만 오히려 화재가 발생되기도 하였으며, 화재 취약성은 근처 시설물까지 피해를 입히게 하는 특징이 있다.
