성관(城館, 영어: castle 캐슬[*], 독일어: Burg 부르크[*], 프랑스어: château 샤토[*])은 중세 유럽과 중근동에서 나타나는, 요새화된 귀족 건축물이다. 요새화되어 있지 않은 궁전(palace)과는 구분된다.
성관은 카롤링거 제국이 붕괴하고 수많은 제후 영주들이 할거하기 시작한 9세기 ~ 10세기에 발명되었다. 성관은 주위 지역에 영주가 지배력을 발휘할 수 있는 수단이었으며, 공격군의 주둔지로서의 공격용 구조물이자 공격당했을 때 버티는 요새로서의 방어용 구조물이었다.
